Contest Period:
The contest begins on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at 7:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on Wednesday, December 24, 2024, at 9:00 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). All times mentioned in these rules are in Eastern Time unless stated otherwise.

Eligibility:
The contest is open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Mountain Jam Festival, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and any vendors involved in this contest (collectively referred to as the “Mountain Jam Festival Affiliates”), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren) or individuals living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and accept the decisions of Mountain Jam Festival Affiliates as final and binding.

Winner Selection:
One winner will be selected daily at 9:00 PM ET, from Tuesday, December 17, 2024, to Wednesday, December 24, 2024. Winners will be chosen through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The decisions of Mountain Jam Festival Affiliates regarding all matters related to the contest are final.

• Limit one prize per person and household address.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize Details:

• Prizes are non-transferable.
• To claim a prize, winners must present a valid State or Federal Photo I.D.. Only the person listed as the winner on the prize sheet is eligible to collect the prize.
• Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with the prize. For cash prizes or prizes valued over $600.00, winners must present a valid Social Security Card and Driver’s License.
• Prizes must be claimed within 30 days or by the last business day before an event’s date, whichever comes first.

Publicity Release:
By accepting a prize, winners agree to the use of their name, voice, and/or photo for promotional purposes by Mountain Jam Festival Affiliates, including on the Mountain Jam Festival website and social media channels, without additional compensation or notice.
